This training builds knowledge and awareness on key child rights terms, international frameworks and mechanisms related to child rights and how child rights links to business and work practices. This training helps participants understand why child protection is important; identify child protection risks and different types of child abuse; identify and respond to child abuse; prevent child abuse and learn about existing systems and mechanisms for child protection; and build the capacity of participants to enhance the quality and effectiveness of child protection.
