Members of the Mother and Child-Friendly Seal for Responsible Business are business entities working along the tea supply chain in Sri Lanka that have made a commitment to promote and strengthen the wellbeing of families and children impacted by their operations.

Upon signing onto the initiative, they first make a pledge and undertake initiatives that address areas of priorities for their women employees and their children. After the first year of implementation, The Centre will issue the Seal to the members, based on the child-centric impact assessment that is undertaken.
